1. Provide oversight and mentoring functions for crews by training new drivers and evaluating existing drivers’ performance
2. Supervise team in safe and effective transportation procedures to ensure DOT&OSHA compliance
3. Assist to investigate workplace injuries and vehicle accidents; report to assistant director of operations in a timely manner
4. Facilitate communication between administration team and drivers
5. Manage the scheduling of drivers for various routes
6. Other duties as assigned

1. High school diploma
2. Great communication and problem-solving skills
3. Spanish is a plus
4. Minimum of 3-year Class A port driving experience
5. Proactive work attitudes
