This position will be responsible for all accounting function.  Coordinate with operation team to code all the expense and revenue efficiently, precisely, and professionally

Job Descriptions:

·         Prepare and report daily cash flow.

·         Coordinate with operation team to coding expense and revenue correctly per location/project.

·         Coordinate with operation team to help provide related KPI for management review

·         Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation  

·         Maintaining good financial record

·         Coordinate annual audit and tax filing

·         Collecting receivables and Processing vendor payments weekly

·         Reconciliation to resolve any discrepancies at account level

·         Prepare monthly closing JE and Financial report.

·         Support managerial reporting including sales/purchase/Inventory/cost reporting/other reconciliation reports

·         Coordinate with outsourcing company and associated departments

·         Monitor 2 accounting staff’s work

·         At hoc

Requirements:

·         BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

·         3 to 5 years QuickBooks experience preferred.

·         Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required

·         Trucking company experience will be a plus

·         Current GL accountant, Senior GL Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant position preferred

·         3 to 5 years QuickBooks experience preferred.

·         Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

·         A strong work ethic and self-starter

·         Attention to detail

·         Problem-solving skills

·         Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments

·         Ability to plan and prioritize wit flexible and positive mindset

·         Interpersonal skills, including collaboration and communication.

·         BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

·         Graduate or professional qualifications such as CPA, MBA, ACCA preferred
