Our client, a leading Venture Capital firm based in Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Lead to drive and elevate its communications strategy.

• Collaborate with the membership team to onboard new members, enhance engagement, and support community-building initiatives.
• Act as the main contact for members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and troubleshooting needs.
• Organize and host community events like webinars and meetups to boost member retention and participation.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics, implementing strategies for increased member involvement.
• Oversee social media and communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community or social media management.
• Proactive, adaptable problem-solver with strong people management and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and collaboration tools (WhatsApp, Slack, Google Suite). Event planning experience is a plus.
