Our Client, a leading and rapidly growing Internet Service Provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Brand and Communications Manager.

As the Brand and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the brand identity of the organization in the global marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with our diverse target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and customer interactions.

External Marketing Campaigns:

  • Lead the planning and execution of external marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the orgainzation's value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach, including digital platforms, traditional media, and strategic partnerships, to maximize campaign reach.

Media Relations:

  • Proactively identify and pursue media opportunities to increase the visibility and positive coverage of the company.
  • Manage relationships with media partners and act as a liaison between the company and the press.

 

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the development of compelling and consistent content for external marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful visuals and collateral that resonate with the target audience.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute impactful events, both virtual and physical, to promote the brand, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular analysis of brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize insights to inform external marketing strategies and adapt campaigns for maximum impact

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in brand and communications, with a proven track record in multinational settings.
  • First degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing external marketing campaigns from conception to implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
