Job Description: 

We are looking for someone who has experience with both formal and informal learning solutions and technologies, solving for global learning requirements, and preferably enabling Account Owners and Account Team Members to embrace and fully use Sales technology and methods, and proactively bring winning opportunities to their clients. Experience in and a good understanding of the Payments Industry is a plus. 

Must Have Skills:  

The candidate must have 8+ years of recent experience leading an effort to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences for client facing sales people. With respect to methods, this includes social learning, distance learning, and instructor led learning. With respect to topics, this includes sales effectiveness, sales tools and methods, and new hire on- boarding. The candidate must have experience using eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, knowledge management and collaboration systems, and experience using technology in an innovative way to drive learning and development outcomes. The candidate must have experience supporting a global workforce and working with a global team

5+ years of experience designing, developing and evaluating instructor led training, distance learning, and online learning experiences 

B.A. Instructional Design or equivalent degree 

Experience with social learning and bringing communities of practice together online 

Skilled in the use of rapid eLearning authoring tools 

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 

Group presentation, meeting facilitation, and executive communication skills 

Experience with Salesforce.com, Pathergather, and SharePoint is a plus 

HTML, share-point, Salesforce skills is a plus 

Experience with Photoshop a plus
