Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to drive the development and implementation of the technical sourcing strategy for the Kindle Content business. The Technical Sourcing Recruiter will work closely with an established team of recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and internal business partners to identify and attract the best technical talent in the world. They'll focus on finding these candidates through deep sourcing, networking, events, niche or industry websites, technical forums, and our internal resume database.


Qualified candidates will need to leverage strong research and hunting skills via internet, phone and networking channels. They will be highly organized, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. The successful candidate will excel at creating impactful job postings, effectively networking with passive candidates, working closely with hiring managers and executives supported, and creating robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and collaborative team.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
