Job Description
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems, procedures, organization alignment, and technology enhancement.
- Coordinate deployment of the resources, communicate the assignment to the team, and be the main contact person to provide guidance and directions to team members to ensure the efficiency level of the engagement is achieved.
Qualifications
- Max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/IT or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have an experience as an Accounting Development/Senior Consultant.
- Preferably from Big 4 Accounting Firms
- In-depth understanding with financial accounting statements
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Ability to multi task work under pressure and meet deadline
- Project Oriented, Possesses strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Have a good integrity, interpersonal, communication and leadership
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
