Strong experience with Bank Reconciliations for this role

SAP 3-5 years experience

Experience facilitating requirements sessions and documenting system requirements using the Unified Modeling Language specifically Use Cases.

Strong experience in the configuration and support of SAP CRM Case management, Account and Contact Management, Lead and Opportunity Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills

1 or more full cycle implementation project experience
