Job Summary
- Responsible to drive Ethical Marketing lever of global flagship brands
Job Responsibilities
- Formulation of annual marketing strategies, communication development for HCP/Patients
- Execution Excellence in driving multi-specialty HCP (Diabeto/Endo, Physicians, Dietitians and Pharmacist) activations/engagements
- Building strong Marketing programs to engage HCPs/Patients effectively. Execute with the help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs and also the third-party field force
- Responsible to identify potential opportunities within community & drive incremental growth of products with synergy
- Responsible for the topline and A&P management
- Build & develop Key Opinion Leaders /influencers all India and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives and for driving sales
- Manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners
- Liaise with market research team to gather and analyze latest trends/insights by using qualitative/quantitative resources
- Support and drive sales team in achieving targets and ROI
- 100% Adherence to company's Ethics and Compliance policy
Qualifications
- Worked in brand management/ marketing
- Should have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-how
- Successful track record of establishing new categories/concepts/brands among HCPs and/or consumers
- Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.
- Experience in sales function will be an added advantage
- Total desirable experience of 5-8 years in marketing.
- Strong in product and therapy science.
- MBA Marketing from reputed Institute is desirable but not a limitation
