Process : Inbound Technical Support
Shift timing – Night shift (US)

Job Description:

Recommendation of technical help through easy steps.
Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft

selling skills.
Software or Service packages to be sold.
Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.
Handling blue screen errors.
Must know how to close their own calls.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router,

Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
