Urgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech Support
Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. Close the sales and achieve the target.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have good convincing and sales skills.
Salary:Rs.10,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives
Shift : 8:30pm-6:30am
Working Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
