Hiring for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift.
Job Description:
Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails issues and campaign calls. Analyzing the issues and selling relevant plans and softwares.
Candidates Profile: Must Have experience in outbound tech process more than 6 months.
Must know how to close the calls and take the payment from the customers.
