Qualification Required: H.S/ BCOM/BA/ Any Grad. 

Location: Kolkata

Must Have 

1-4 yrs experience in handling customers and escalated calls.

Experience in dealing with US/UK/AUS customers.

Job Description:

Recommendation of technical help through easy steps 

Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills

Software or Service packages to be sold

Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.
