Job Description

Adeeba currently hiring for Inbound Tech Support Process in the position of Sr.Tech support Associate/Executive/CCE on call closer.


Fixed Salary on 1st of every month 

Huge daily/monthly basis incentives


Candidate must have experience in Outbound Tech process for minimum 6 months.

Must know how to close their own calls


6 days working with one roaster week off

24 paid leaves+birthday leave+comp offs


Shift Timing: 8:30pm-6:30am


Requirement:

1) Candidates with Good Communication Skills in English.

2) Basic Computer Knowledge.

3) Experience: - < 1 yrs to 5 yrs in outbound tech support - No Fresher. Should know to close their own calls.


Interview Timing 

12 pm to 4 pm
