Job Description

We are hiring for International Voice Process Technical & Customer Support Associate required with the following skill set: 

• Opening in sr. Associate/Executive Level ONLY & for Voice process

• Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST 

• Ability to analyse and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES & NO TARGETS)

  • Lucrative Salary & Incentives (Rs. 1.4 Lacs – 2.5Lacs ) 

• Minimum 6 months EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE from Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable

 • 6days working

• Fixed salary in salary account on 1st of every month+ huge incentives 

• Leaves: Rotational offs

  24 paid leaves+b'day leave+comp offs

Shift Timing: Fixed

Evening(8:30pm-6:300am)
