JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handling Outbound Calls regarding websites
-End-to-end customer relationship management with US clients
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
-Responsible for resolving customers queries and needs
-Solving Customer queries related to there Websites and SEO Listings
-Candidate should be comfortable with night shift.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-Should have excellent command over English.
-Confident while communicating


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1) Any graduate (minimum 6 months Experience in Customer Service(outbound Voice only).
2) Must have Outbound BPO experience.
