We are hiring for the Inbound Technical Support Process for our Salt Lake Office

Experience: 1year to 5years in Technical support(Computers,Printers and Router support in BPO)

CTC: 1.5Lacs to 2.5Lacs

Location: Kolkata (Saltlake)

Shift: US Shift

Process: Inbound Technical Support.

Job Role:

1. Speaking with customers of US through cold calling and resolving issues.

2. Provide them with solutions and relevant packages.

3. Close calls with proper service and take payments from the authorise gateway

Criteria:

Experience in international BPO for outbound sales

Technical support experience preferable

Must have good Communication skill

Should have knowledge in call closing for tech support

Flexible for Night shift
