Job Description

Experienced candidates needed for Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift.

Job Role: Receiving Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..

Candidates profile;

Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.

Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.

Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.

Must be very fluent in English.

Must be Comfortable for Night shift.
