Job Description

Job Roles: Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages,anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops,I pads and I phones like Activation lock,iPhone disable,I tunes etc the candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.

Qualifications

Qualification: -English fluency should be very good.

Min 1 year exp of working in tech profile in an international BPO.

HS pass or any Graduate. –

Good communication skills and great convincing power.

Candidates must know how to close calls.

Candidates must have basic computer knowledge

Flexible to work in any shift and 6 days a week.

Can join immediately.
