Our client is a market leading, well known and highly respected manufacturer of specialist products which is on a steep growth curve both UK and internationally.  It has a significant turnover, operates through multiple sites and is looking through these appointments to recruit talented, high-quality graduates who can grow with them and develop into senior management in the future.  Five opportunities exist and the client is particularly interested in candidates with a minimum of a 2:1 Honours Degree from a high-quality university in disciplines such as mathematics, engineering or business management. Opportunities also exist for candidates with the same University background and qualifications who have studied languages (preferably French and / or German).  It may be that you are a recent graduate or potentially have 1 to 2 year’s industrial or commercial work experience which ideally has been gained in a significant world-class manufacturing group.  You will join the company’s change management team and be engaged on a broad range of projects encompassing large elements of data analysis and working in a hands-on way in order to deliver positive project outcomes.  

These roles are seen as building blocks for the future and will lead to management opportunities in your preferred functional area in the years that follow.  In addition to having excellent academic credentials you will also need to be system thinkers with pragmatism, commercial skills, a positive and strong work ethic and the common sense necessary for success in this high-quality company.  You will need to be prepared to reside in the North West close to the Head Office.
