About this role


You’ll be AdYapper’s first Product Manager, reporting directly to our C-Suite. This means you’ll set AdYapper’s product course, implement your ideas, and help define our go-to-market strategy. Working closely with all aspects of the organization – executive, data science and analysis, sales, and marketing – you will be the voice of the client, introducing technologies that ensure every dollar they spend on digital advertising returns maximized value.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience as a product manager

• Experience launching new products with a demonstrated go-to-Market strategy

• Experience creating requirements with engineering 

• Demonstrated experience setting competitive value, features, pricing, and ubiquity 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to influence and collaborate in a cross-functional setting

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for new products, features, and enhancements
  • Prioritize development efforts based on market requirements, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and increased value generation 
  • Know the market, the product, the product line, and the competition extremely well and operate from a strong basis of knowledge and confidence
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis (product, promotion, place, market position, etc.)
  • Develop product requirements with engineering and user experience teams in writing as well as verbally
  • Create and provide content to the marketing team for creation of collateral, FAQs, presentations, and white papers that can be leveraged by salespeople, marketing, and executives. 
  • Focus the team on revenue and customers 
  • Define good products that can be executed with a strong effort 
  • Constantly strive for delivering superior value to clients during product planning
  • Bring focus on market share and revenue goals to go-to-market phase
