This role will be responsible for completely managing our customer support with our end-users.
- Answer user support requests via ticketing systems, email, and occasionally via the phone
- Manage and provide best practices for the rest of the customer service team
- Constantly communicate with our account management team to gain a strong understanding of our product and our clients
- Provide feedback to the account management team regarding user issues
- Communicate directly with our clients and vendors about high priority issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with new technologies
- At least one year of customer service experience is preferred
- Experience working with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or other ticketing systems is a plus
