Job Description

This role will be responsible for completely managing our customer support with our end-users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer user support requests via ticketing systems, email, and occasionally via the phone
  • Manage and provide best practices for the rest of the customer service team
  • Constantly communicate with our account management team to gain a strong understanding of our product and our clients
  • Provide feedback to the account management team regarding user issues
  • Communicate directly with our clients and vendors about high priority issues



Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with new technologies
  • At least one year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience working with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or other ticketing systems is a plus
