Job Description

Acumatica is hiring an ERP Associate Project Manager!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope and schedule while supporting regular and timely delivery of value.
  • Support delivery planning for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
  • Coordinate and help facilitate project status meetings and Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, tracking project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation to support delivery (flow charts, data flow diagrams, requirements traceability matrices, wireframes/mockups, functional specifications, user stories, etc.).
  • Support communication with business stakeholders to help manage expectations and provide project updates.
  • Assist with design and review sessions involving technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project deliverables and progress through regular communication with project team members.
  • Help coordinate and track work assignments for project team members under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Support project execution activities to help ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Assist in building training materials, statements of work (SOW), and project documentation.
  • Support management in the evaluation and development of project plans.
  • Help coordinate and track internal company projects.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related technical field.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Understanding of accounting software.
  • 1-3 years project management experience in the ERP space.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as SmartSheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to concurrently work with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, decision making ability, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, fast-paced approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • CAPM (Certified associate in project management) certification or progress toward PMP/CAPM is preferred.

For this role, the salary range is $90,000-100000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.

At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
