Activy is a WellTech startup - since 2017 we have been creating a mobile cycling & running game helping to build healthy habits through good fun. Employers use the application to create engaging employee programs, health promotion and CSR.

Activy was used by more than 600 companies and 20,000 cyclists, making over 1.4 mln rides in total. Thanks to the financing obtained in 2019, we are entering new markets in the SaaS model.

Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and initial contact with clients (HR, CSR and Happiness Specialists, Managers and Directors). It will be up to you how many employees will build their healthy habit and how much CO2 we will be able to save.

Your main tasks

  • generating qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities,
  • identifying prospects in different countries based on ideal customer profiles using market research,
  • preparing and matching the appropriate message to the prospect profile,
  • identifying prospects needs, understanding pains, and position our company as the best solution,
  • analyzing data, drawing conclusions and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

Great, if you have the power in:

  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • easy networking, 
  • easy and effective writing, 
  • analytical skills,
  • ability to plan projects and your work,
  • high self-discipline and punctuality,
  • ability to find solutions,
  • experience from student organization/other projects.
