Activy is a WellTech startup - since 2017 we have been creating a mobile cycling game helping to build healthy habits through good fun. Employers use the application to create engaging employee programs, health promotion and CSR.

Activy was used by more than 600 companies and 20,000 cyclists, making over 1.4 mln rides in total. Thanks to the financing obtained in 2019, we are entering new markets in the SaaS model.

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for contact with clients (HR, CSR and Happiness Managers and Directors). From obtaining a lead to establishing cooperation and customer care during the bicycle program. It will be up to you how many employees will build their healthy habit and how much CO2 we will be able to save.

In Activy you will encounter tasks:

  • creating a sales plan for the 2020 season (in cooperation with the CEO), get to know the product and its users very well,
  • taking over acquired and qualified leads (in cooperation with CMO). We do not make cold calls. We build an effective prospecting mechanism so that you can focus on the most important thing - working with a ready-made customer,
  • managing contact with customers with modern CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Albacross, Woodpecker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) that will increase your productivity,
  • building relationships with customers based on partnership cooperation, we have great contact with our customers, we do not want to be rigid and too serious,
  • current and direct customer service (via e-mail, telephone and meetings) from  introduction to the summary of the cycling program,
  • creation of sales offers,
  • participation in industry conferences (HR, well-being, health),
  • monitoring and analysis of the market in terms of business opportunities,
  • co-creation of reports and case studies.

Qualifications

Great, if you have extra power:

  • openness and ease in establishing contacts,
  • minimum one year of experience in active sales to business customers,
  • industry knowledge HR/ wellbeing/employer branding,
  • ability to work with CRM tools - nice to have knowledge of Hubspot,
  • ability to work with several clients at the same time,
  • we do not require a driving license - we cycle to meetings :)
