A multinational Company, a pioneer HR & Sales Consulting firm with a presence in Greece and Southeastern Europe, is searching for a reliable and trustworthy Consultant – Trainer with experience in virtual classroom training (vILT) (synchronous online training) to join our team. This role is for Independent Professionals.
Job Description
The Consultant - Trainer is responsible for providing engaging blended learning programs and recommendations to clients and prospective clients, based on insight, analysis, and employee-related feedback data by the OD consultants. · Be able to transform classroom workshops into virtual classroom workshops and train others in the team as well in this area.
· Must be familiar with collaborating with SMEs and Stakeholders and managing projects from start to finish.
· Deliver training & development projects (virtual and classroom) on a variety of topics such as sales, customer service, performance development, and leadership.
· Partner with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are high quality and on-time and strengthen client relationships.
· Proactively improve client deliverables to maximize value offered.
· Proactively identify additional client consulting, training, and coaching needs.
· Prepare and execute sales presentations to clients
Qualifications
Successful candidates should have:
· BSc./BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
· Certification or proven experience in Instructional Design and Delivery of virtual and classroom training is very important.
· MSc./MA in a specialized business, human resources or psychology field will be considered a great asset.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in training using e-learning and blended methodologies.
· Extensive knowledge of business and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.
· Knowledge of business procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level, generally acquired through three years related experience.
· Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet) as well as virtual classroom applications.
· Proficiency with a development tools such as Moodle, and experience with several LMS platforms.
· Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting with new people daily.
· Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
· Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, multi-tasking, organizing, and meeting deadlines.
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
