That’s why we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager (full-time) for our new store in London (Broadway Market). The doors open in February, and you can be there from day one.
What our Assistant Store Managers do:

• Be the right hand – Work side-by-side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high-performing team and a welcoming store environment.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly – Oversee daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork.
• Monitor performance – Help track KPIs and support the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.
• Deliver standout service – Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
• Apply your optical skills – Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.

Good to know:
No background in optics? That’s okay! What matters most is your ability to support, communicate, and deliver top-notch service.

No uniform:
Wear whatever makes you feel good, no company dress code here.
