Job Description
- Developing an operations strategy.
- Designing the operation's process & services.
- Planning and controlling.
- Improving the performance of an operation.
- Check the readiness of branches.
- Admissions & Revenue monitoring
- Execution & Monitoring of the Centers and Staff.
- Coordinate with Assessment Team for Pre, Mid & Final Assessment.
- Coordinate with Placement cell for conducting OJT & Job Placements.
- Performance evaluation & monitoring of all staff.
- Monthly Action Plan and targets of Centre Mangers
- Weekly/Daily meeting
- Work closely with MIS updating & Center Reports.
- Monthly/Weekly progress report.
- Office Administration
- Mentoring & coaching the team.
- Ensure guidelines of HSSC, statutory requirements.
- Arrange screening process, enrollment, batch information
- Arrange batch wise timing, etc.MIS of H.O.& Centers
Qualifications
BSc/Msc
Additional Information
- Must have Admin experience in universities and colleges.
