What You’ll Do:
 
  • Work as a construction manager and integration tech
  • Perform construction activities including pre-construction walks, post-construction inspections, integration installations of hardware, and troubleshooting of alarms or equipment failures.
  • Access Network Platforms such as OSS, ENM, WPS, SAMB and make configuration changes such as RETs, RF Ports, IP Address, MO Parameters, etc.
  • Financial responsibility for project success and tracked based on success rate of alarm free sites/alarm free integrations
  • Efficient communicator: you’re comfortable using a broad range of communication styles, and you choose appropriate, effective ways to communicate to audiences in diverse situations.
  • Being a team player in the truest sense, with an ability to work with partners across different time zones
  • A work ethic to drive projects and tasks to finish on time, overcoming any obstacles along the way
The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
  • Experience with Ericsson 6601/5216 LTE Equipment is a MUST
  • Experience with Ericsson Network Management (OSS)
  • A Bachelor degree
  • Construction Experience working in a field environment.
  • Self-Managing with a general understanding of the wireless telecom industry.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and determine changes in the scope of work.
  • Data management and excel experience.

Qualifications

An Integration Manager to join our growing team in the NTX area. The Integration Manager will be responsible for helping to build LTE carrier adds as well as support the integration process to launch cell sites.
