Who We’re Looking For:

This position will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.  Responsibility includes ensuring that workplace health and safety requirements are met and is responsible for the security of the building and stock. Order Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for planning the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as consumables and customers’ orders.

What you will do:
  • Oversee and hands-on work in stock control and processing orders.
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
  • Controls Company and customer inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with inventory system.
  • Take an active role in all aspects of the distribution operation (UPS, FedEx, freight, returns, receiving, restock and transfers).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint..etc).
  • Ability to construct various Inventory Reports and Trackers (Shipping, Receiving, On-Hand…etc).
  • Analyze and use daily reports to improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Briefing Warehouse Manager on the issues of that particular day.
  • Training and mentoring team members on various warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Maintains warehouse team member results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedure, rules and regulations.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications preferred, but not required.
  • Fork-Lift Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License Required.

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
  • BA or BS Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 or more years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, 7-10 years of experience in Logistics and/or Materials Management. Experience / knowledge in using warehouse management systems.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret data, make recommendations, and influence decision makers.
  • Detail oriented, strong computer skills and the ability to maintain focus with changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems management, lead time management, and bar coding systems is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio and Access.
  • OSHA training certification preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
