Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a Talent Curator based in Redmond, WA to play an integral role in attracting, developing, engaging and retaining exceptional talent.

What You’ll Do:
The Talent Curator will be an important member of our HR and Recruiting team, responsible attracting and hiring top talent, as well as providing local HR support in areas such as onboarding, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, resource management, and training & development. You will be the go-to local resource for all things people related.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, facilitate additional hiring team interviews, document the process and feedback, and negotiate and deliver full-time and contract offers
  • Monitor utilization and work with delivery team to identify internal resources available for internal and external projects
  • Maintain employee skills database
  • Work with third party vendors in onboarding contractors
  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new hires
  • Lead efforts in employee relations, retention interviewing, and exit interviewing
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements and retention
  • Organize and/or assist with special programs, office events, and client events

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
  • Prior experience in HR and/or recruiting
  • Experience in a start-up preferred
  • Education or interest in psychology
  • Bachelor degree
