Who We’re Looking For:

National Services Manager, SAQ to join our growing Network Deployment team in the Frisco,TX area. 
What You’ll Do
  • Direct and oversee land/building acquisitions, leasing, A&E and site locations required for telecommunications installations
  • Oversee market real estate acquisition operations, ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follows timeline, evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects; may serve as a point of contact for the community and/or government agencies and may be involved in managing zoning regulations
  • Manage SAS team in completing Landlord and tower company applications
  • Oversee in the completion of Zoning and Permit applications for submittal to jurisdictions and coordinate the zoning process with outside counsel and vendors
  • Work directly with Site Acquisition Specialists and assist in all aspects of project
  • Manage National Site Acq teams and vendors for site acquisition and A&E
  • Quality control, data entry and tracking of Site Candidate Packages, Lease Agreements, and other Site Acquisition documentation
  • Manage the Coordination, scheduling and tracking of site visits and technical team visits with various departments
  • Coordinate, order and track title, environmental reports, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and plans
  • Obtain Landlord approval on Construction Drawings and zoning/permit applications
  • Prepare and update site status reports/databases, site close-out packages, and attend client meetings as required
  • Identify any underutilized resources to national function for resources sharing, increased utilization and reduced cost on the assigned project budget 
  • Contribute and participate in National Best Practices forms and initiatives that support local market and other markets
  • Support the Market Delivery Manager (MDM) with the established client communication strategy and keep open dialog for any adjustments required; MDM owns the communication plan  
  • Act as the first point of any escalations, manages client delivery reviews and AT&T client visits for the assigned project team; MDM act as a second layer of client escalations
  • Supports the sales team, MDM and national function team with any client leadership reviews and meetings 
  • Responsible for establishing and communicating monthly targets to the Client and team
  • Accountable for achieving stated targets and when necessary, work with MDM and team to mitigate risks to clear project issues and roadblocks
  • Periodic air travel will be required

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and 6+ years of experience in the site acquisition project management experience in the wireless communications industry.
  • Knowledge of landlord lease processes and self-perform site acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer/reporting skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work under aggressive project schedules
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy
  • Manage the finances of Self Perform SAQ services to insure recovery of associated cost and the delivery of SAQ at a high margin to the market.
  • Require Financial skills and budget management to the skills
