What You Will Be Doing:

As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in keeping our kitchen operating at its best by:

• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment ready for service
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• Receiving deliveries and putting stock away
• Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner services
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Being an essential part of a fast-paced and energetic kitchen team

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need years of experience, but some hospitality or kitchen experience is essential. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. If you are dependable, hands-on, and enjoy working as part of a team, you will fit right in.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
• Physically fit and able to stay active throughout the shift
• Must be available to complete shift work, including weekends and public holidays
