• Supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel property.

• Monitor hotel premises, including guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, to ensure compliance with security procedures.

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems to identify and address potential security risks.

• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.

• Ensure compliance with hotel security policies, emergency procedures, and health and safety regulations.

• Prepare incident reports, maintain accurate security records, and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate management.

• Train, coach, and guide security team members to maintain high standards of professionalism and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective communication and a safe hotel environment.

• Support emergency response procedures, fire safety drills, and crisis management activities.

• Promote a culture of vigilance, teamwork, and service excellence while upholding the hotel's standards and values.

• Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2–4 years of security experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, risk management, and hotel safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle security incidents professionally.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong focus on guest safety and service excellence.

• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
