The Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate Food & Beverage Service Interns to join our team at Delano Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands-on experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel, develop their service skills & discover what it takes to create memorable dining experiences.

At Delano Dubai, dining is more than just a meal. It's about atmosphere, connection & creating moments that guests remember.

Working alongside our experienced Food & Beverage team, you'll gain valuable exposure to our distinctive dining venues, learn the art of personalised service & experience the energy of luxury lifestyle hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests warmly & help create memorable dining experiences.

• Support daily restaurant and bar operations, including preparation, setup & service.

• Learn & apply Delano's service standards while bringing your own personality to every guest interaction.

• Develop your knowledge of food, beverages, menus & service techniques.

• Assist with guest requests, anticipating needs & delivering thoughtful, attentive service.

• Work closely with colleagues across our Food & Beverage outlets.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, hygiene & food safety.

• Participate in training & development opportunities throughout your internship.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.

• A genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage service and creating exceptional guest experiences.

• A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Russian, French or German would be an asset.

• A friendly, confident personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

• Good attention to detail & a commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
