Job Description
•Daily Security & Protection: Oversee daily security functions to safeguard hotel property, assets, guests, and staff.
•Safety & Emergency Training: Lead and conduct training programs for Heartists on emergency response, fire safety, and accident prevention.
•Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date logs, legal documents, and safety certifications required by law and brand standards.
•Balanced Operations: Foster a safe and satisfying experience for everyone while strictly managing and meeting the department’s operating budget.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in hotel security, loss prevention, or safety management.
•Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and legal compliance.
•Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a people-first approach (passion for supporting Heartists and guests).
•Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
