Job Description

  1. Position Summary:

    The Accommodation Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of employee accommodation at Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam, ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for all team members. The role manages room allocation and occupancy planning, accommodation facilities and maintenance, inventory and assets, employee welfare, transportation coordination, and relationships with internal departments and external service providers. The position also leads the Accommodation team and continuously improves operational efficiency and the overall employee living experience in line with Rixos standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage daily employee accommodation operations, room allocation, check-in/check-out and occupancy planning

    Ensure accommodation facilities are clean, safe, secure and well maintained
    Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, transportation and employee welfare facilities
    Manage accommodation inventory, assets, keys and supplies
    Handle employee accommodation concerns and ensure house rules are consistently implemented
    Coordinate with property management, contractors, vendors and internal departments
    Lead and supervise the Accommodation team
    Monitor accommodation costs, reports and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, HR, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory/managerial experience preferred
• Experience in hotels, resorts, staff housing or large-scale employee accommodation is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
