Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and our hotel teams, you’ll play an important role in shaping how the hotel is seen, experienced and talked about from social media and digital campaigns to content, events, promotions and partnerships.
This is a hands on role for someone who loves creating compelling content, spotting opportunities, trying new ideas and seeing their work make a real difference. What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring the hotel brand to life through creative campaigns, promotions, storytelling, content and communications.
- Own day-to-day digital content across social media, website, email and other channels, ensuring our presence is fresh, relevant and engaging.
- Develop content that showcases our rooms, restaurant, bar, meetings and events, people and local experiences, giving guests compelling reasons to choose us.
- Keep hotel information, offers, imagery and content accurate and engaging across OTAs, third-party websites and digital platforms.
- Support the planning and delivery of the annual marketing strategy, campaigns and promotional calendar, bringing fresh ideas and a commercial mindset.
- Create campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement and support room nights, F&B and Conference & Events revenue.
- Work closely with Conference & Events, Food & Beverage, Sales and Operations to promote events, functions, packages and special offers.
- Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets and promotional materials.
- Coordinate photography, video and other content creation, maintaining an organised and inspiring marketing asset library.
- Monitor campaign, social and digital performance, using insights and data to continually improve what we do.
- Identify opportunities to leverage local partnerships, influencers, media and community connections to extend our reach.
- Stay ahead of hospitality, digital, social media and content trends, bringing new ideas, inspiration and opportunities to the team.
- Work with hotel teams, corporate office, agencies, suppliers and external partners to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
- Keep marketing calendars, campaign plans, reports and project timelines organised, measurable and on track.
