WAKA Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, managing a diverse team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand standards. This is a leadership position that requires a professional, decisive, and customer-focused individual who can drive operational excellence and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service that exceeds customer expectations
• Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and overall budget adherence to maximize profitability
• Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate ordering of food and beverage supplies
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports, including financial statements and performance metrics, to senior management
• Customize marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and foot traffic
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all outlet operations

• 3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
• Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure
• Proficiency in inventory management and supplier coordination
• Experience working in multicultural environments and familiarity with UAE hospitality standards is preferred
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements
