Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily P&C operations in line with Accor values, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  • Support workforce planning and coordinate staffing requirements with department heads.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, P&C documentation, and personnel administration.
  • Assist with employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support learning and development, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Prepare P&C reports, maintain P&C metrics, and provide relevant information to management.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise, coach, and support HR team members in their daily responsibilities.
  • Assist the HR Manager/Director in implementing People & Culture initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of  labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
