Job Description

We're looking for a full time Group Reservations Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior hotel experience in Front Office, or Reservations, looking to transition towards a Sales & Marketing Career Path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all group bookings end-to-end, rooming lists, payments, cancellations, and terms & conditions.
  • Prepare group information sheets and brief all hotel stakeholders ahead of group arrivals; maintain accurate filing of group reservations and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other departments on special requests, VIP and complimentary room procedures, and reservation-related matters.
  • Manage group-related inventory, monitor business wash, and produce reports/statistics (e.g. Group Wash, Business Turndown, 3-month Forecasts) for the Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with PCOs, travel agents, and commercial organisations to generate business for the hotel.

  • Strong degree of personal organisation, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
