Job Description
- Handle room reservation, rate, and hotel information inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
- Make and manage reservations for Leisure, Business Travel, Corporate, Group, and Wholesale market segments.
- Accurately record and update reservation details in the Central Reservation System (RASAWEB) and Property Management System.
- Ensure reservation confirmations are issued accurately and on time.
- Monitor waitlisted reservations and support room revenue optimization.
- Provide professional guest service in line with Fairmont brand standards and LQA requirements.
- Monitor special promotions and communicate relevant information to operational departments.
- Maintain accurate filing of reports and reservation documentation.
- Support the Reservations team with daily operations and participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Report operational or technical issues to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Reservations or relevant hotel position is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and relevant computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Professional telephone etiquette and excellent command of English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
