Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Associate to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will be the backbone of our reservation operations, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm while converting them into confirmed bookings. You will work collaboratively with our Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. - Handle incoming reservation inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring complete and accurate information is recorded according to standard procedures
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain and update corporate databases and reservation systems, ensuring all delegate bookings and customer records are current and accurate for future reference
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to optimize room occupancy rates and maximize revenue opportunities
- Perform daily reservation filing, correspondence, and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Identify cost-effective resource utilization opportunities and communicate recommendations to the team
- Provide effective support to team members and internal/external representatives to ensure efficient service delivery
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reservations Manager or Team Leader to support organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) from a recognized institution
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in a reservation, hospitality, or customer service role
- Proficiency with reservation management systems, property management software (PMS), and booking platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent data entry and database management abilities with a keen eye for accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize multiple reservation requests simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Customer-focused approach with genuine empathy and patience when handling inquiries
- Analytical skills to understand booking patterns and contribute to revenue optimization strategies
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Hospitality industry knowledge or experience (preferred)

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
