Job Description
- Provide hands-on leadership across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring the highest luxury service standards are consistently achieved.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop F&B teams to create memorable guest experiences.
- Drive guest satisfaction through active floor presence and direct guest interaction.
- Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams.
- Ensure efficient management of labor, costs, inventories, and profitability.
- Maintain and enhance F&B service standards, beverage programs, wine offerings, and cocktail experiences.
- Oversee outlet performance, budgets, forecasting, and financial results.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop innovative concepts, promotions, and guest experiences aligned with the Raffles brand.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for a minimum of 3 years within an ultra-luxury hotel or resort managing at least 4-5 food and beverage outlets, or prior experience as a hands-on Director of Food & Beverage.
- Demonstrated success in leading luxury restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
- Strong operational leadership with a hands-on management style and visible presence on the floor.
- Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and luxury guest expectations.
- Formal training and expertise in:
- Food & Beverage Service
- Bar Service
- Wine Knowledge (minimum WSET Level 2 or equivalent)
- Mixology and beverage program development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
