Job Description

Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, ibis Styles Sydney Central is home to Mee So – a vibrant, contemporary dining destination full of flavour and personality. We're on the lookout for a passionate Food & Beverage Team Leader to bring their own style to our team and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

This hands-on role is all about being in the heart of the action. You'll lead by example and oversee the delivery of exceptional service across Mee So, as well as our weekend breakfast service.

Qualifications

Bring your own style to the table, along with:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
  • All-round Food & Beverage knowledge, including barista and bar service skills.
  • A natural passion for leading by example.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A talent for multitasking while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work flexibly across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
