Job Description
To support the Peacock Lounge Manager in overseeing the daily operation of Peacock Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and strong team performance in line with Fairmont Jakarta’s luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lounge Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of Peacock Lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Actively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with Fairmont brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing private events, celebrations, and special guest requests hosted at Peacock Lounge.
- Support the implementation of upselling and revenue-generating initiatives while maintaining a genuine and personalized guest approach.
- Conduct briefing, coaching, and on-the-job training to continuously develop the team’s product knowledge and service skills
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Stewarding, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a luxury 5-star hotel or premium restaurant/lounge environment.
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Guest-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling guest concerns.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
