🚀 Your responsibilities 

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email. 

• Support travelers with their online bookings. 

• Provide personalized post-sales support:  

• Ensure that bookings have been properly received by our partners. 

• Handle customers’ special requests. 

• Manage booking modifications and cancellations. 

• Oversee administrative aspects, including:  

• Organizing activities and transfers. 

• Sending travel documents. 

• Contribute to achieving the company’s performance and customer satisfaction goals. 

🧠 Your profile 

• Native French speaker and fluent in both English and Spanish. 

• Strong interest in sales and business development, with a customer-oriented approach. 

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 

• Enjoy challenges and customer interaction. 

• Knowledge of project management and data analysis is a plus. 

• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
