Job Description
- Welcome, assist, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized and luxury service throughout the stay.
- Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.
- Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality
Qualifications
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
- Proven supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
- Strong leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring and developing staff
- Proficiency in household management software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Superior time management and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Professional butler certification is a plus
Fluency in English and either Turkish or French is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
