Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
- Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (e.g. Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements)
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
- Good English and communication skills to create connections with our guests
- Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory or willingness to get one
- Passion for engaging with guests and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
- Full Australian working rights - this position is not available for sponsorship
