Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and professionally-minded Admin & Government Relations Supervisor to join our organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and government entities, while overseeing administrative operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will manage critical relationships with government agencies, coordinate administrative functions, and support strategic initiatives that require government engagement and regulatory adherence.
- Manage and maintain relationships with government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies at federal, regional, and local levels
- Coordinate administrative operations including scheduling, documentation, filing, and records management to ensure organizational efficiency
- Develop and implement government relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives and Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, permits, licenses, and compliance documentation to relevant government authorities
- Monitor changes in government policies, regulations, and legislation that may impact organizational operations
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events with government stakeholders and officials
- Maintain comprehensive databases and tracking systems for government interactions, permits, and compliance deadlines
- Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior management regarding government relations activities and regulatory matters
- Ensure all administrative processes and government interactions comply with applicable laws and organizational policies
- Support the development of proposals and presentations for government contracts or partnerships
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information needed for government submissions and communications
- Manage administrative budgets and track expenses related to government relations activities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in administrative management, government relations, or public affairs
- Proven experience managing interactions and relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory environment, business practices, and government procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, and permit management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Knowledge of government relations best practices and diplomatic communication protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Experience with strategic planning and policy analysis is preferred
